Dads & Lads Soccer Tournament

  • UJ Football Stadium, Johanneburg

More detailed information about the event:

Why are we doing this?

Majority of the children in our care do not have father figures or male role models in their lives. The Dads and Lads soccer tournament will provide a platform to create awareness on the importance of men in families and allow men to step up and demonstrate their rightful role. It is something that dads can do with their sons, which gives every participant the opportunity to show the fun side of having this precious relationship.

How does it work?

You can be the hero by participating in the tournament or by being a proud sponsor of the event.

We challenge each team to raise a minimum of R1 200.00 in order to participate in the tournament. The tournament will consist of 16 teams, of which 6 players and 4 substitutes can be in a team. The target is to raise R50 000.00 towards Abraham Kriel Bambanani in support of the Westbury Programme.
