Siemens has signed a partnership agreement with Abraham Kriel Childcare for the funding of the Youthspace programme. They take responsibility for all essential expenditure for this satellite home in Mayfair, Johannesburg caring for 8 children.
Steinhoff is a funding partner for our HIV/AIDS programmes in Soweto that cares for 400 children. This includes our Zola Drop-In Centre (100), our Home-based care programme (200) and our Emdeni Drop-In Centre (100). They cover the essential costs for the programmes, after state subsidies have been taken into account. Additionally, they fund the Tiling and Painting courses at the Emdeni Skills Development Centre. Bruno Steinhoff personally donated 20 tunnels to the Vegetable cultivation programme at our Emdeni Skills Development Centre.
Mergon Foundation has signed a 3 year partnership with Abraham Kriel Childcare. They fund a Youth Worker for our home-based care programme in Westbury (Abraham Kriel Family Care). The remaining funds are not limited to a specific programme.
